What counts as a request?
Each API call or MCP tool call. An Option Finder search counts as 5 and a calculation with graph data as 2. Requests are counted across all of your keys.
What happens past my monthly quota?
On Free, requests are refused until the next month. On paid plans they keep working and each 1,000 extra requests is billed at your plan's overage rate on the next invoice. You can set a monthly overage cap on your account page, and we email you at 80% and 100% of your quota. If you go over often, the next plan up is usually cheaper.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time from your account page. Upgrades apply straight away and the difference for the current period is charged then. Downgrades apply straight away with a credit on your next invoice. Cancelling moves you to Free at the end of the period.
Why do I need a card for the free plan?
It keeps the free tier for real developers. The free plan is never charged.
